Why is my order not syncing to Zoho?

If your order is not syncing from your eCommerce platform to Zoho, it is usually due to validation or data issues.

Common causes

1. Invalid email format
Zoho requires a valid email format:
example@email.com

2. Invalid website/URL format
Website fields must include a valid URL:
https://example.com

3. Missing required fields
If a required field in Zoho is empty, the record will fail to sync.

4. Duplicate or conflicting data
Existing records may prevent new ones from being created.
