How Order Synchronization Works (WooCommerce → Zoho)

How Order Synchronization Works (WooCommerce → Zoho)

Overview
Orders created in your eCommerce platform (e.g., WooCommerce) are automatically synced to Zoho.

How the sync works

  1. A customer places an order in WooCommerce
  2. The integration sends the order data to Zoho
  3. Zoho creates:
    • Customer (if not exists)
    • Sales Order
    • Related records

What data is synced

  • Customer information
  • Products and quantities
  • Prices and totals
  • Shipping details

Common limitations

  • Invalid data formats can block sync
  • Missing required fields will cause errors
  • Changes in Zoho do not always sync back to WooCommerce

Best practices

  • Avoid editing synced records manually unless necessary
  • Ensure product SKUs match in both systems
  • Regularly review sync logs for errors
