Invoices are used to request payment from customers after a sale has been completed.

Steps to create an invoice

  1. Go to Sales → Invoices
  2. Click + New Invoice
  3. Select the customer
  4. Add products or services
  5. Verify pricing and taxes
  6. Click Save and Send

Best practices

  • Always verify customer details before sending
  • Ensure taxes are correctly applied
  • Link the invoice to the corresponding Sales Order (if applicable)

Important

Once an invoice is marked as paid, it cannot be easily modified. Make sure all information is correct before confirming.
